Fresenius Medical Care treats millions of people across the world everyday with its dialysis products – which it designs and manufactures. The company offers patients a chance at a fuller, richer, more active lives through its pioneering products. Our job was to distil these values into a video story and tagline that would convey the Fresenius brand vision: “Creating a future worth living. For patients. Worldwide. Every day.”
We wrote a script that positioned the end user – the patient – firmly at its heart. We wanted to create an understated, warm feel that was anything but clinical or “corporate-y”. We used the metaphor of a book to tell the story, with the scenes coming to life off the page. Every CG frame was lovingly created to look like paper stop motion transitioning to live-action scenes.
The “Our Story” brand film for Fresenius has been used internally and externally to champion its brand vision and values, and was so different from what had come before. It has set the tone for the way the company now produces its branded video content.
